But, if you can’t work out on an empty stomach, eat a small snack before breakfast.

I suggest you eat some healthy weight loss snacks like yogurt, nuts, and fruits.
These foods will provide enough energy for your morning workout.
Why is morning my favorite time to exercise?
Well, I like to exercise in the morning.
I feel much better during the day, both physically and mentally.
It’s easier for me to be consistent in exercising when I am doing it early in the morning.
