Where does loose skin usually occur?

The most common area is around your belly, arms, and legs.

Why do you end up with loose skin?

Well, you know that the skin can tighten and stretch.

When you gain weight, your skin stretches and when you lose weight it tightens.

The tightening process lasts long and it’s gradual.

That depends on how much weight you lost.

The most common reason for loose skin is a rapid weight loss.

Low-calorie diets, for example, cause muscle reduction instead of fat tissue reduction.

Loose skin doesn’t disappear after a long time, even after you stop losing weight.

This happens when your skin is mainly full of fat tissue.

This article was right on point ! As a man with loose skin, I can say you are right about pretty much anything on this list. I personally never tried supplements, but I focus mostly on a well balanced diet and it mostly works fine. Self love and acceptation is also important. I love how you didn’t talk about surgery as a solution. It can be one, but it’s really tricky!

    Thank you 🙂
