Your arms should be at a 90-degree angle to the shoulders and your body should be at a 45-degree angle.

Put all your weight on the arms. Start lifting your buttocks slowly towards the ceiling.

Your torso, stomach, and buttocks need to be in a straight line.

Try to remain in that position for 15-60 seconds.

Slowly get back to the starting position.
